Execution explanation |
| > Mix ratio: A(paint)B(curing agent) = 101.0(by weight) |
| > Operation interval: Min 2 hours(25℃) |
| > Dry time: surface dry 8~15minutes(25℃); Fully dry: self dry 8~10hours(25℃); stoving(≤ 60℃) 1.5 hour. |
| > Operation condition: Mixing fully of the A and B components before operation. Curing for 15~20 minutes. The HS should below 75%. The base temperature should between 5~35℃. Avoid operating under rain, snow or heavy wind. |
| > Operating method: Wet spary can adopt two layers and stoving or three layers and stoving, ofen adopt the electrostatic thinner, the thinning rato is 5~25%. Claening the tools by the thinner after operation. Adcise adopt one primer and two finish coating: Base first fluorocarbon stoving primer(5~10 um) surface drying(5~10 minutes) second fluorocarbon stoving primer(5~10 um) surface drying(5~10 minutes) stoving 20~30 minutes with 130~140℃(base temperature) Cooling and packaging. |
