SH Anti-acid coating

1. Based on the hydroxide radical that contain epoxy, special resin,anticorrosion filler and pigment, addition agent, isocyanate etc. A and Bcomponents packaged. A component is the paint vehicle of the primer, middlecoat and cover; B component is the curing agent of the primer, middle coatand cover.
2. This paint has a strong anticorrosion ability against the acid, slatalkali and other chemical atmosphere. Strong ablity against the water, oil,heat and solvent.
3. The film is tough, bright with good decorative and protectiveability.The film can solidfy under room temperature or low temperature. Highsolid content; easy application.

Recommended uses

1. Used for the anticorrosion of the steel structure in the acid cleaningplant.
2. Also suitable for the hot dip plant, galvanoplastics plant, petrochemicalindustry, equipment, pipe, store tank.

Surface treatment

Ball blast or sand blast of the steel surface till the Sa2.5 grade. Ordescaling by hand or electric tool till St3 grade.
Clean the dust and other deposit builder.
Paint the primer at once after cleaning to avoid the rusting again.
